Prepare stock and order rules before moving in
Prepare a SKU list, product dimensions, opening stock quantities, packaging instructions and sample orders from each sales channel. Agree how orders will reach the warehouse, the dispatch cut-off, stock reporting and returns handling. Selling on Shopee, Lazada or TikTok does not itself confirm an automatic system connection; confirm the actual workflow for your account.
Compare the monthly operating cost
Compare receiving, storage, pick and pack, packaging materials, delivery and returns as separate items. Include expected order volume, items per order and peak-period needs. This makes the comparison with your own space and staff useful without assuming a fixed saving or dispatch time.
