VSPEED is an integrated logistics company for business cargo: sea freight, air freight, land transport, customs, warehousing and cross-border delivery connected into one flow, run by one team on one system instead of leaving a business to stitch several vendors together. Established China-Malaysia-Singapore operations are the strongest proof of that — not the limit of it.
The business logistics problem
A trading business rarely moves cargo one way only. In the same month it might import a container by sea from China, air-freight an urgent batch, run several truckloads locally, and send goods across the border to Singapore — with customs, warehousing and delivery in between.
But the market is split by function. A forwarder books the freight, a trucker moves it, a customs agent clears it, a warehouse holds it — each doing one leg, with the business left wiring them together. Wherever one leg drops, the cargo stops there.
That is where the daily friction lives: unclear pricing, pickup that is hard to arrange, no visibility after handover, missing proof of delivery, thin after-sales, and being pushed toward rates or contracts that do not fit the cargo.
Why we built VSPEED
VSPEED did not start as an app or a marketplace. It grew out of running real operations across sea, air and land — freight forwarding, warehousing, cross-border movement, customs coordination, customer service, tracking and delivery, the same work businesses need done every day.
So instead of forcing every shipment into one mode or a long contract, VSPEED connects sea, air and land freight, consolidation, warehousing, local delivery and Malaysia-Singapore movement around the cargo a business actually has that week.

How VSPEED answers it
VSPEED handles international sea freight (LCL and FCL), commercial air freight, consolidation and land transport, so one shipment can be planned across modes by cost, timing and volume — not chased through a separate forwarder for each leg.
Cargo flows through Yiwu, Foshan, Johor Bahru, Shah Alam and Singapore hubs, with Penang planned as a future point.
From small trucks to 40ft box lorries, VSPEED plans pickup, delivery and repeat routes on its own fleet, matched to the cargo.
VSPEED is system-driven: the team sets business customers up to place orders, follow shipments and pull documents, the fleet is GPS-tracked, and an ERP or TMS can connect by API where needed.
Customers are supported through route, document, cargo and delivery communication instead of coordinating every party alone.
Planning can involve Port Klang, Port Penang, Johor Port, PTP, First Link, Second Link, Tuas, Woodlands and PSA where relevant.
Daily two-way MY-SG movement, including West Malaysia pickup and Singapore-to-Malaysia delivery — one of VSPEED's strongest lanes, not the limit of its scope.
Founder Viola has 17 years of hands-on China-Malaysia trade and logistics experience, from sourcing and forwarding through to full cross-border operations.
