VSPEED runs that from warehouses in Klang and Johor Bahru, and connects it back to the freight and customs that brought the stock in, so one team handles the goods from the supplier in China to the buyer in Malaysia.

Can VSPEED repack before dispatch?
Yes. Repacking, relabelling and SKU-level sorting are done in the warehouse, which also matters for parcels going to Singapore where packing volume drives the rate.
Do I need a minimum stock volume?
Send your SKU count, average daily orders and how much space the stock takes. Storage is reviewed against those numbers rather than a fixed minimum, so small sellers are not automatically excluded.
Can VSPEED handle the inbound freight too?
Yes, and this is the difference from a warehouse-only provider. The same team arranges the sea or air freight from China, clears it with an in-house customs team, and books it straight into the warehouse instead of handing it between vendors.
What happens to returns?
Returned parcels can be received back into the warehouse and inspected before the stock is put back on sale. Tell VSPEED your return rate and what condition checks you need before the account is set up.
Is stock covered while it sits in the warehouse?
Insurance for stored goods can be arranged and is worth reviewing against your stock value. Confirm the arrangement before moving stock in rather than after.
Can I ship to Singapore from the same stock?
Yes. The same stock can serve Malaysian orders and cross-border orders to Singapore on the scheduled MY-SG runs, so you do not need to hold separate inventory on both sides.
