What is 3PL and when do I need it?
Third-party logistics means outsourcing warehousing and order fulfilment rather than running your own. You need it when stock arrives faster than you can handle it, when you are shipping to multiple outlets or customers, or when warehouse rent and staff cost more than paying per order handled.
What makes VSPEED different from a warehouse-only 3PL?
Most 3PLs start when your cargo reaches their door, so a customs delay is your problem. VSPEED handles the freight, the K1/K2 declaration, the warehouse and the delivery, which means one team is accountable from the supplier's factory to your customer's door.
How reliable is your customs clearance?
VSPEED uses an in-house customs team handling K1 and K2 rather than an outside broker, and documents are pre-screened before arrival — which is where most clearance failures are actually prevented. Final release still rests with Customs.
Should I use the JB or the KL warehouse?
Choose whichever is closer to where your orders go. KL suits distribution across the Klang Valley and northern states; JB suits southern Malaysia and Singapore-bound flows. If you ship to both, stock can be split across the two hubs to cut delivery distance.
Do you handle SKU-level labelling and pick and pack?
Yes. Precise sorting, pick and pack, and SKU-level labelling are standard. This matters for retail chains that need each outlet's allocation packed separately, and for sellers whose marketplace requires specific labelling.
Can you deliver to distribution centres and retail outlets?
Yes. Delivery can follow your customer's delivery order to a distribution centre, an outlet, a warehouse or a nominated receiving point. Retail DC delivery usually has strict booking and labelling rules, which VSPEED works to.
Do you handle both B2B bulk and B2C parcels?
Yes. The same warehouse handles pallet-level bulk distribution to trade customers and individual parcel fulfilment to end consumers, delivered nationwide on VSPEED's own fleet.
Can I store goods short term while I sort out distribution?
Yes. Short-term and buffer storage is available for factories and wholesalers holding raw materials or finished goods between production and distribution, as well as long-term storage contracts.
Can you collect from my supplier in China?
Yes. Door-to-door service can start at your supplier's factory in China, covering collection, export handling, freight, Malaysia clearance, warehousing and final delivery as one flow.
