When courier is the right call
Courier earns its higher price when time or size makes consolidation pointless. A sample the customer is waiting for, a replacement part, one small box that would never fill out an LCL — send it courier and it moves on its own, door to door, with full tracking. Most of the businesses we handle use both: courier for the urgent gaps, consolidation for the planned restocks.
