How to ship goods you bought in Thailand back to Malaysia

Short answer

You buy from the Thai seller or supplier yourself and pay them directly — VSPEED does not buy on your behalf. What we handle is everything after the purchase: collecting the goods from the supplier or their warehouse in Thailand, moving them across the border into Malaysia by land or sea, and coordinating customs clearance and delivery. So the split is simple — you handle the buying, we handle getting it home.

For importers and buyers sourcing from Thai suppliers, factories or warehouses who need the goods moved into Malaysia.

What you do first

Buy directly from the Thai seller and settle payment with them — a marketplace order, a factory, a wholesaler, a warehouse, it doesn't matter. Give the supplier the handover details so they know VSPEED will collect, or where to hand the goods over. Then send us what you bought — product name and rough quantity — and where it needs to end up in Malaysia.

What VSPEED takes over

From pickup on, it's our job. We collect from the Thai supplier or warehouse, move the cargo across the border into Malaysia by land or sea depending on volume and urgency, and coordinate customs clearance. Because we don't buy for you, you keep the supplier relationship and the invoice — we just move the goods and clear them.

Duty and documents

Import duty and tax depend on what the goods are — worked out by HS code and country of origin, with the final call made by Malaysian Customs. Goods produced in Thailand may qualify for preferential rates under Form D (ASEAN) if the paperwork is in order. Send us the product name and origin and we'll tell you what applies and which documents to get from the supplier before the goods move.

FAQ

Does VSPEED buy the goods for me?

No. You buy and pay the Thai seller directly. VSPEED handles pickup, cross-border transport, clearance and delivery into Malaysia — the movement, not the purchase.

How does it move from Thailand to Malaysia?

By land or sea, chosen by volume, cargo type and how fast you need it. We collect from the supplier or warehouse in Thailand and coordinate the border crossing and clearance.

How much duty will I pay?

It depends on the goods — duty and tax are set by HS code and country of origin, and confirmed by Customs. Thai-made goods may qualify for Form D preferential rates. Send the product name and origin for a proper answer.

What do I need to prepare?

The supplier's pickup address, your invoice or order details, the product name, quantity and the Malaysian delivery address. If you want us to check duty, add the origin so we can work out the HS code treatment.
